We understand guests might have multiple questions during their stay, right at check-in we will provide a phone number at which they can reach out for any type of inquiry. And in case your guests get locked out, we will provide assistance.
During walk-through we will collect the keys, two sets of keys are required so that a back-up can be held to supply when lockouts happen. Depending on size of listing, the number of keys may vary
Yes, one of the coolest things of working with us is that we do check-in in person, as we want to make sure travelers have a good experience from day 1. We will arrange a meeting time with your guests one or two days before their arrival.
After check out (11 am) we will send a cleaning person that will do the turnover of the space, we do provide full service with laundry, however, your space needs to have cleaning essentials such as broom, mop and vacuum cleaner. Our team will bring only the products.
We can promise a personal check-in any time before 9 pm. After this hour we will set up a remote check-in process with your guests, and remain on call to make sure they gain access to your place at any time with no issues at all.
Yes, we understand you may have your own housekeeper. We can work on the logistics of every cleaning with your staff, so that we can assure the space is ready for guests on time. And the good news is that we don't charge extra for getting in touch with your cleaning lady
The on-boarding process usually takes two business days. We want to visit your place and understand your needs, that's why we requiere such a window to set up and guarantee we can take over your account and gain proper access to your home.
